Family Trip in Ireland to Anniversary Retreat in Paris - 2026
These clients have one of their daughters studying abroad in Dublin, so they decided to make a family trip to Ireland to see her in her element as well as explore a bit. They chose to split their stay between Dublin and Galway, opting for more time in each destination to immerse themselves more fully than bopping around quickly. After they enjoyed Ireland, mom and dad continued on their own to Paris for some special time together just the two of them.
Because they wanted to feel more immersed in Ireland, they did a tour of Connemara while in Galway, but otherwise explored both cities on their own. Their time in Dublin overlapped Good Friday and Easter Sunday, so they found a couple churches to experience those holiday services in.
Once they reached Paris, mom and dad had a few items that we had pre-arranged: a tour of Versailles, an evening dinner cruise on the Seine (très romantique!) and a cooking class which included a market visit to purchase the ingredients before learning to make authentic French dishes in the chef’s home, with champagne, of course!
