Roadtrip (+ some trains) through Europe - 2025

When grandpa has 6 sets of positive space tickets on Delta and invites you to go with on a monthlong journey to Europe with him and grandma, you say, “Yes!” That’s what happened with this family, as they decided to do a longer exploration starting in London, and making their way through Paris to Amsterdam for a European roadtrip that comprised 5 countries by the time they returned the rental car.

They journeyed through London, taking a day trip to Oxford & Warwick Castle, then continued to Paris via the Chunnel. In Paris they saw the Eiffel Tower (the main reason for stopping) and a couple other typical sites before continuing by train to Amsterdam where they picked up their rental car. From here, their journey brought them to small towns of Germany, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, France and the Netherlands, with unique accommodations like a renovated abbey to enjoy. They finished their trip in Amsterdam before saying goodbye to Europe.
