This was a really fun trip to plan - a family traveling to watch a member participate in the Deaflympics, the International Olympics for Deaf People. Since they are traveling so far, they also wanted to check out Tokyo a bit, as well as the area around Ibaraki, where they are staying to be nearby to the event location.
