Solo Adventure in Merida, Mexico - 2025
When I get a call from a client who wants to do a solo trip, I know just what to do, because I LOVE a good solo trip, myself! When Hailee called me and told me she wanted to do an off-the-beaten-path area of Mexico, even BETTER!
While there, she rented a car and stayed in a cute bed and breakfast. She did a couple organized tours (one to several cenotes and one cooking class) and she also drove to a hacienda that farmed henequen (from the Agave plant) to get a tour of the farm. On a couple of the days she visited major sites in the peninsula such as Coba, Chichen Itza, and Tulum, as well as lesser known museums like Montejo House and the Regional Museum of Anthropolgy.
